Menu boards stated Gluten free bread available for toasties. We asked at the till. Member of staff went to check after several minutes another member of staff offered to take our order. We explained and waited. First member returned and confirmed Gluten free bread available, so I asked for bacon, brie and cranberry toastie on Gluten free bread. That not available as sandwiches are made up in the morning. No suggestion of what was available, so I then had to ask can you do cheese? Yes, can you do cheese and ham? Yes can I have cheese and ham on Gluten free bread, yes. It felt like a guessing game or quiz. Ordered and after 15 minutes normal wait time) received food. The food was fine, just the process of ordering was challenging. I don't think I will bother again

During my re... read more I have frequented this restaurant for lunch or coffee often when I am in the area. The staff have adapted seamlessly to the new Covid restrictions. During my recent visit, I felt very safe. I appreciate the new system of food being brought to your table instead of having to wait in line at the counter, which can result in the food getting cold during busy times before being seated. I suggest continuing this system as we slowly ease out of restrictions.

The staff was att... read more I was thrilled to dine at a restaurant/cafe again after the lockdown. The atmosphere was peaceful and they were adhering to Covid regulations. The staff was attentive and the dining experience was hassle-free. I ordered a toasted Brie sandwich, a fruit slice, and an Irn Bru. Although the total cost of around £9 seemed a bit steep for what I had, I was glad it was just me eating as feeding a whole family here would be quite expensive! The interior was immaculate and the option for outdoor seating was also available.
