I went to celebrate my birthday with my children and they treated me well, the food was excellent, but unfortunately the juices were not good. It's good that they take more care with the preparation of the drinks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: COP 20,000–30,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
They broke their promise to order, it took an hour and 50 minutes, then they forgot one of the dishes that was requested and they did not recognize it, they justified that it was the customer who did not order it but they did deliver the drink. Worse still, they say that they no longer have any kitchen so the person was left without eating. Without customer service protocols, an apology or alternative takes nothing away from them. I do not recommend it.
