I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the new manager, Mr. Nadeem, at this restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer for 3 years and spending at least Rs. 15,000 per month, I was refused service because I requested whipped cream in my coffee in a specific way. I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the new manager, Mr. Nadeem, at this restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer for 3 years and spending at least Rs. 15,000 per month, I was refused service because I requested whipped cream in my coffee in a specific way. I believe there could have been a better resolution to this situation rather than simply dismissing me, especially since other coffee shops in Phase 7 have never treated me so rudely.
The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
"This restaurant has delicious tortes and is a great place to dine while in Pakistan. The atmosphere is amazing and it's a wonderful place to visit."
