Loved Lucca, reasonably priced, local hot spot and great food. I had the pepperoni pizza (added Italian sausage). My wife had the Carbonara with truffle. All of them were excellent. Balboa lager is 2.75 and Sangria is 5.00, good value. If you're looking for a good quality budget Italian restaurant in Panama City, this is it! View all feedback.
