Sablee Pasteleria Vegana

I've been fortunate enough to have vegan deserts in many different cities around the world, and this place is the best. Get here by whatever means necessary, delay your flight if you have to! Try these croissants!!

The worst part of being vegan in Buenos Aires is breakfast, to find a pastry without animal fat or if you got lucky you can find one with butter, so thank God that we found Sableé Vegana. This place is a parisian patisserie but everything is VEGAN! When we entered we were greeting from the lovely owner and each one of us took a small cake that was touched by an angel and if that's not enough the owner gave us free Alfajores that tasted just like the original thing (if you love Havan's alfajores it's the same taste). The only thing that i wanted and the place don't have is a cup of coffee to go with the delicious pastrys and as we asked we were told that coffee is the next thing they will add, so next time we are in Argentina we'll go find out

The quality of their products is the result of obvious knowledge and a lot of love! Everything looks and taste amazingly good.

For my birthday I bought some cakes that all people, vegans and don't vegan us, dear!

I had a few things from here both sweet and savory. I had cake, baked and even sandwiches de miga and all were delicious!
