I had lunch there with my wife, the food was okexcept, the parihuela, I had tried parihuela before in many places and this was definitely a very bad one, the lack of condiment and the way too starch in the broth, my wife and I got sick.
A nice traditional Peruvian restaurant near Chinesetown of belgrano, this place is a good choice for people who want to try something different and special. the restaurant was renovated and maintained well with many tables available, 2 massive acs, beautiful decorations and a well-organized kitchen. the service is very good with many waiters willing to introduce you to the Peruvian cuisine and provide you with great options depending on your drop. Yeah, they're not the most friendly people, but they're efficient and nice. food is something different, safe and really transmit the Peruvian spirit. We had pisco sour, we shared a mixture of fried squids and fish as an appetizer (called jelly and easily shared for 3 people or more) and we had the lamb as a main dish (to share also) and it was more than enough. We were willing to try some of the desserts, but we were so full that we couldn't. in terms of quality, you get what you pay with massive portions and decent prices. my recommendation is to share at least one snack and a main dish between 2 or even 3 people depending on how much they eat. the other option is to visit this place during lunch hours when they offer a very cheap executive menu for less than 100 pesos per person. Still, a big surprise. He'll be back soon!
I've never had Peruvian food before going to you, so we've taken into account. I enjoyed your food, the ceviche was particularly good. Even though I have to complain about the service. I mean, yeah, the restaurant was full and we were a big party of people, but we had to wait more than an hour to be served. the price was fine, I've eaten much less in good air.
I'm not sure if I'm becoming more critical or if you're changing your focus. They've been coming here on every visit to a good air by so **** of the slabs, but they've become smaller and sweeter, and the food has been stacked and carried away. hard to know what we asked for, so it was with the photos and what was handed over to other diners. Chicken noodles were fine, but salted meat, though it looked good, was difficult. wine with rice, and also inexplicable chips, we had not asked. Everything was too much. the waiters are good on arrival, but we ignore when we wanted coffee. So we just paid and left. go if you're hungry, but not for a meal, the culinary experience.
