My wife placed an online order to the Kentucky fried chicken in Wetaskiwin in Alberta. When I got there to pick it up, they were already diligently making it. Ordered the new bbq lovers burger with no mayo and another bbq lovers burger combo. Was told to drive around front to pick it up. Got there and waited for 15 mins about and still nothing. Finally a girl came out and we got our order but it was not right. The receipt was correct but wrong food. I went in and told them and they were going to make it right. I waited another 10 mins about finally got our prefer goes to the truck and it’s still not right. While we were there 4 other people were also there because of the wrong order. What a waste of time. This has to be the WORST KFC I ever been to and I do not even live in Wetaskiwin. I waited 30 minutes for two can dine tender meal after going thru the drive thru... having to park and wait. Rediculous. However, they did give us a couple extra tenders and dips. Dont be in a hurry if you decide to go here. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 5
