What Kadin Volkman doesn't like about Arby's:
Ordered a 'traditional ' gyro, like I do often, however this time the one I received was much different than usual. The meat was pale and tasted old. The whole thing was cold, I ordered no tomato no onion, and still got onion. Ordered a medium fry and it was half full at best. Poor customer service in the drive-thru. View all feedback.
Ordered online, everything was fresh, they put TONS extra sauce in their pocket. The older gentleman was very good and came to get our food out. I love ordering online from here.
I swear arby himself put his whole arbussy into the arbys we had here. it was truly stellar. will be back tomorrow.

Everytime we come food always fresh and hot , customer service always on top of things, very clean restaurant , I could eat a a double roast beef and cheddar everyday I never get tired of their roast beef one of these days I'm going to try their othersandwiches cuz they all look so good but then I don't want to miss out on my roast beef so I might have to take some to go andeat it later??????????
