What jeremy doesn't like about Franco's Pizza Italian Deli:
Closed at 8 and was told they stop taking orders at 7:30, although I called at 7:20 for a sub and nobody answered? They need less lazy staffUpdate, tried them again and was put on hold for 15mins to be hung up on while the phone was left on the side and you could hear staff flirting. This place is only getting worse, and who still has a minimum on credit and debt cards still? $15 is ridiculous View all feedback.
I travel for work. I live in Plainfield IL, we have a Franco's pizza. So I had to try this one. Got my pizza and it's cold. This place is down the street from my hotel. Avoid if you're looking.
Just got some boneless wings. They were ok. Ordered fries with them and didn't get them. Place was disgustingly dirty. Went to get plastic forks, and it was so dirty and disgusting. Went to use the bathroom and refused to even touch the walls.... just gross!! Don't go here!!!
Horrible customer service I walked in wait at the counter for 10 minutes. I was the only customer there not a single employee said anything to me and all of them saw me standing there waiting to be served. I finally walked out.
First off, let me start by saying I have never been so disrespected in my life. My wife and I ordered our food at 430 on a Monday for dine in. We ordered a small pizza, french fries, and a small hot sub to which the girl at the counter said “30 minutes” at 530 I nicely went to the counter and asked employee if our food was “close”? The employee replied “yeah,it’s coming” after another 20 minutes the food that we ordered from there started coming up in to go bags. I then went up to the counter and asked for a refund because another 20 minutes went by and I was still waiting for items on an 3 item order. The girl at the counter then said” only the owner can give refunds and come back tomorrow. After sucking it up and waiting even more time in this establishment I went to the register and asked for my receipt. This is where this place really messed up. The manager with the substance abuse problem started to shout “ suck my ____” and throwing up The middle fingers and swearing in a store full of patrons including women and children. No matter this place says or does we will never go back. Don’t waste your money here. Kid-friendliness: Manager was swearing at customers and was very unprofessional…. Do not bring your kids here.
Ive been coming to them for years, and they have fallen in quality. They hide the ingredients under the cheese so there's no way to verify the contents of how much you are receiving until you get home.No delivery person available at all although they advertise it.The subs, you have to take half the meat off before it becomes possible to eat. Low veggies high meats. Very sloppy to eat.I've been disappointed too many times. Parking: Maybe 6 slots of parking, then you're on your own.
