Honcho Latin Street Food Coffee

Twenty minutes sitting here still no drink order taken ugh do better. Update 40 minutes in and yet and no food for the baby it’s rice and beans….

Gave Honchos another try… OMG so good! What have I been missing out on!?!? Three tacos… fish, carne asada and pollo asada plus a side Cesar. The dressing is creamy and flavorful. The champ style taco is definitely a must!It had been years since I’ve been here. Happy I gave it another shot, this will be another Clarkston favorite from now on.

Food is tasty, but the service is terrible. The last four times we've been to one of the Union Joints, they messed up our order and showed no willingness to make up for this. This most recent time, they never put my takeout order in (they took my order over the phone). When I went to pick it up, they told me that it wasn't in the system and that I would have to wait in the normal queue (over an hour).

Best margaritas in Oakland County with unique menu offerings (including GF items) as it is Latin American Street food, and not your traditional Mexican taco joint. The queso is fantastic; I am partial to the Hot (or not) Chicken burrito and the Rice Bowl (not your average bowl) and you will be remiss if you do not try the hot and fresh house made donuts, tossed in the quintessential cinnamon sugar you CAN have fresh cider mill style donuts year round. As a sweets lover I also have to give a shout out to the GF Key Lime Pie; it needs no embellishment and is another must try. Overall a fantastic restaurant experience at Honcho every time!

Firstly I think Some of these recent reviews are paid reviews or something similar. If you go back not even all that long ago in some of their reviews a lot of people have said what I'm about to say here.Service is completely horrible. If you're not a hippie, a hipster or someone who's trendy, they look down upon you! Attitude and self-entitledness reigns supreme here. If you're looking for a place with good people and good atmosphere, seek other venues.
