The last 3 orders at Culvers drive thru, each time other cars behind me have received their food and I had to go in and request my order. The last order on 2/7/24 waited 25 minutes Twice the manager stated the charges for food would be reversed on my card due to the long wait but it never happens. Very poor service from Culvers employees and manager. View all feedback.
What Green Thumb doesn't like about Culver's:
Missed the topings on a burger meal and bottled water on another. Was also shorted $1 on my change back at the drive-thru window. Fast service, but at the cost of quality. Burger was burnt, and I like crispy smash burgers. This was much more. Maybe just an off day for the restaurant? I probably won't return. View all feedback.

This Culver's never disappoints. Good food and always a fairly fast experience.
