Loved the truffle burguer with french fries, place was super clean, great decoration, excellent service awesome waiter). We enjoyed every moment, its a 5+.

The customer service was outstanding, and the food really hit the spot, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this restaurant.They went above and beyond to help me. The manager, Aubrie, was kind enough to help me read and pick my meal as I had forgotten my eyeglasses. I was very greatful for her help.Also, I was very impressed with the quality of the food I received. It was very good and fast service, good menu choices … not overly extensive. They know how to prepare their meat well. I had the loaded whiskey burger and sides, it was DELICIOUS! Prices were reasonable, I will definately come back, and maybe bring some friends with me.

Saratoga TGI FridaysDELICIOUS! We were promptly greeted with a smile. We ordered our food. Not only was it served to us fast but it was absolutely delicious (hot and not too greasy).We did speak with the manager, Aubrie Bishop, to give kudos for our service and she was polite and very happy for the praises; she was even funny and took a few mins out of her clearly busy schedule to chat with us making it a great experience.We will definitely come back to this place! – Kat T

I had the pleasure of visiting this TGIF the staff was so friendly; I had to the chance to speak to the manager I believe her name was Aubrie she was so kind and enthusiastic about her job! It was such a great experience overall

This TGI Fridays location has a solid server team and great manager to back them up. It 's the atmosphere that draws me in, too. I had tried other TJI Fridays, but this one is where I keep going back to. Justine is my favorite waitress. She always makes customers and myself feel like we are there to enjoy the experience with each other. It 's great for anyone to come in by themselves and get the best service and conversations, if you are social, open late until 1230am. My favorite salad, with pecans, quinoa, sweet potatoes, feta, grilled chicken, and spring mix salad with lemon vinegrette, is my favorite! I had gone to a different TGI in a different location, and the same salad was not made like I was used to for the same salad. I felt bad didn 't want to bother the waitress working alone, so busy as it was, about the ingredients missing. That other location did not meet my standards. A week later, I saw Justine Manager Aubrie at the Saratoga, NY TGI Fridays. I told them the other restaurant did not serve me the same ingredients of my favorite salad, nor did they have my favorite drink I usually get. They apologized for the way I was served and immediately serviced me the salad on them without any questions asked. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and it wasn 't even their fault or their store. I feel like the atmosphere Justine brings to the restaurant is much like Cheers where everyone knows you and they treat you like family.Parking: The whiskey flavored boneless wings are amazing ? so are the tator tots.
