Smashburger - City of Saratoga Springs

3 of us got burgers. Only 1 of us enjoyed the actual burger. We asked for regular fries got Rosemarie Fries. All three burgers were way over cooked or maybe even previously cooked and reheated. All 3 of us later regretted the meal entirely. Gas and many visits to the bathroom. WE WON'T GO BACK!

Ordered online through Uber Eats, a cheeseburger and chicken tenders. The cheeseburger was decent quality but outmatched by BurgerFi or Five Guys. The one star is due to the fact that the chicken tenders were actually inedible, as if they were fished out of the dumpster from a week ago. Texture like chewing on an eraser. Had to throw them out, and will never eat here or order from here again.

Three first time patrons and we each had various burgers. Holy brisket and bacon....... great food good time. Will be coming again with more friends.

Service was super slow due to only two people staffing everything. (One cooking the on register, floor bussing tables and doing shakes)That being said those young ladies busted thier bottoms and did a great job with the crowd. Food was fresh and fantastic. Hoping they get more help but short staffed is normal these days so can't blame them. We will be back for sure.

Ordered a single bacon smash burger, small smash fries, and a vanilla shake to go Was almost $20! Not sure if it was the burger, or the bacon, or both, but it was so salty I couldn’t even eat it!!! And I’m not sensitive to salt! The smash fries were not as exciting as I hoped they would be and the shake was not worth the $6. Basically, I know of several other places I can spend $20 and get a way better meal!
