Reminded us of our favorite place back home in NY. we got the sweet&sour chicken, Singapore mei fun and an extra egg roll for $31. What Danielle Roberge doesn't like about China Express:
I usually order from Jin Jin in spring lake which is significantly dirtier but their food is always on point. Ordered pork lo mein tonight from this place and it tasted off . I picked all the meat out bc it was chewy and a weird color, but the noodles had a fishy/salty weird taste. I could not eat it. View all feedback.
Screwed up my order tonight. I ordered sesame chicken combo and they give me wings with fried rice. I called and no answer at 9:45 pm
Got general tso's chicken today, but it tastes and smells like fish. I don't mind fish, but not so much when I'm not eating it. I haven't had this problem here before out of maybe 4 times, but I had to throw the food away and so will probably not return.
The staff was very nice. The portions were large, and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back!
This place serves the worst fried rice and chicken wings ever. Never again.
I could have gotten better “Chinese” at the food lion hot bar next door. Overpriced for fried rice that tasted like the color brown. Our general chicken tasted like rancid shrimp. The flavor instantly made us sick. When we moved here in 2015 this place was good but went down hill. After a few years we thought to try it again and it has solidified we won’t try it again. The staff was super friendly and it was clean on the inside but the food was disgusting.
