China Express - City of Sanford

I used to enjoy the hot and sour soup, but it has become bland, and the last time I ordered it, it was lukewarm, as if it had just come out of the fridge and was microwaved for a few seconds. The worst part was the egg rolls. They were double-fried and excessively greasy, and when I broke one open, a horrible smell of rotten fish wafted out. It was disgusting! I’m genuinely disappointed to write this review, but my experiences with the food have consistently been bad. It seems like the individual responsible for maintaining quality has either left or no longer cares about the food's standard. It's such a shame because I really enjoy Chinese cuisine, but I won’t be returning. I just don’t want to risk getting sick.
