There is an employee Delano who messes up subs on purpose. My mom orders a pepperoni sub no pepperoni on that missing the dressing. My uncle gets subs there and about three times he couldn’t figure out why his sub was missing things and looked like it was thrown together from 3 feet away. My sub was made so carelessly we threw the subs in the trash right away and the rest because of disappointment a stooge could make a sub better than that. This is only the surface multiple people have had subs made by this employee that were made like a garbage platter and missing ingredients. The employee always looks stoned He stands there staring at you with a dirty look or expression and personally it’s uncomfortable and creepy. Do not go to this subway any other subway location seems to produce an appropriate meal ready for consumption this one will let you down most the time.

The actual staff of this store are friendly. The problem is the owner or manger who doesn’t like to give refunds if food that’s ordered ahead it stolen or not received. This is the second time this has happened. I’m new to the area and my first experience with this subway in particular was an order placed on the subway app for delivery. The wait was over an hour after I was already told my food was picked up and on the way. I waited another 20 mins for something to be delivered down the road. I called back and was told it was picked up and I told them it was never received and after another hour of going back and forth DoorDash said subway owed me my money and this subway said DoorDash owed me. We couldn’t get a hold of a manager and the employee said the manager will just refuse to refund you. I was told that I would be contacted and never was. I gave up free weeks go by I figure I’d try again. Order for pickup on the app I’ll get it myself. Placed the order and showed up 10 minutes later. Noticed my order has been received but no progress for 10 minutes I figured they’d might be busy. No. Nobody there and no employee on the floor. The place was clean. The young guy assisted me and didn’t even start the pickup order and seemed surprised when I told him. He found it and made it. He was the only one there and a family pulled up. Anyways. I waited for a pickup order that could have been done sooner. Then I get back to work and take a bite and there’s a whole bone in my rotisserie chicken sub. It was shocking to me and ruined my appetite. I tried calling the store but the phones are just always busy. I’ve complained to corporate about my first experience and not recovering any kind of refund or free sandwich for inconvenience. Just a very busy guy who’s time and money has been wasted over again by this particular subway. I find know who runs or owns this place but they are clearly never around. Never again with them
I went right before they closed and it was perfectly peaceful!
It's subway food was good, service was good but the music was so loud I had to yell over it to order and just ate in the car.
