This place is cute and clean, and the staff is very kind. I would suggest making the menu a bit more clear/accessible for first timers who are not familiar with the different types of teas and styles of serving them.

I got a brown sugar milk tea with pearls and was expecting it to taste a lot better than it did. I would have to say there was no flavor at all and extremely waters down to what I’m use to. The service was great but the product was not my favorite.

I ordered a matcha latte. Not only they had nerve to charge “processing fee” (what’s that anyway ? It was Tasteless. it’s just not worth it for $7.

Rude attitude. I ordered drink at this place around 2pm( June 18th, 2023). The person who took my order was an Asian female, she is so rude. I heard she talked in Chinese w her coworker, so I ordered in Chinese as well. Then guess what happed, she pretended she cannot understand Chinese and she “huh” me. Interesting.Is she trying to bully Asian????The waiting line was a mess too.Instead of recommend this store to people but tell all my Asian friends how rude/ racist they were for sure.Besides, the green tea taste like water.
