This Wendy's located on Bay St closes at 2am. I had arrived at 1:40am and was still able to get served through the drive-thru The burgers were up to par as well as the nuggets . I had a coupon for $1 fries and I had to pay $2 for fries and the person in the drive thru was very disrespectful. The last time I went to Wendy?s I got fries for $1.09. I like Wendy?s they just need better service and most of all better workers. View all feedback.
I would have given them a higher rating, but the person who took my order was quite abrupt and seemed to have an attitude.
All the burgers were missing lettuce and tomato, and one didn't even have a patty.
The woman behind the counter, Elena, really shouldn’t be in a client-facing role. My child has visited this place several times, and unfortunately, each encounter was with her. She was quite unfriendly.
I ordered for delivery and the whole set meal was not delivered! They don't even answer the phone! Speechless! Bad service!
