Not the best sushi but also not the worst, they have other stuff but I would stick to sushi. I order takeout almost weekly and for the price the quality is decent. View all feedback.
What Chloe L doesn't like about Sushi Factory:
Went from average to not good at all. Ordered a sashimi lunch and two rolls but they forgot the rice that came with the sashimi lunch. Not the first time this happened. Happened about 5 times before. The sashimi was soooo little it looked like it was cut in half. Paid $25 for so little might as well go to a sushi ayce. Will never order again View all feedback.
The sushi taste great, the lady behind the counter was friendly. Ordered for pick up on Grub-hub it was ready in 20 mins. My only complaint is the spicy Mayo is put on to the sushi rolls and is not given to you as a side, although you're paying 50cent per roll.
First time ordering and the sushi was fresh!! It's very good and I'm sure I'll o see it again
Sushi was fresh, well made and delicious. Delivery was expedient. Would reccomend they're specials.
Waited two hours to receive my food. I ordered thru Grubhub. When it came, it was very cold. I literally had to re-cook the food myself, which kind of goes against the point of ordering in. During my wait, I called the restaurant TWICE and they just kept saying few more minutes . The age tofu was too soggy and tasted like aluminum. The bacon and emoki skewers were okay except the emoki was burnt to a black crisp. The inagu sushi was very small...two miniature pieces of marinated tofu skin. The food was so-so. Nothing was delicious enough to order from this restaurant again. Luckily, Grubhub gave me a full refund.
Take-out platforms raise prices and then discount them by 50%. Food is not fresh
