Cute little place with a million sandwich options with funny names. Reading the menu on the wall is quite impossible, so just pick the first sandwich you find that is close to your likings and you would likely be happy. The 3 sandwiches we had were all excellent! These are large sandwiches so they can easily be shared by two if you 're not very hungry.

The sandwich I got was good but the 3 stars is for the credit card fee. It's illegal in New York State to charge customers for using a credit card as a form of payment. I will be reporting them to the Division of Consumer Protection.

We had a Pho 1 and a Philly cheese steak sandwich and both was awesome.

A true old school bodega that still has a choice of coffee pots available to serve yourself. This place provided us with breakfast or lunch the majority of the time we were in the East Village. Friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast sandwiches will be the stuff of legends in our conversations long after other memories have faded!

All I can say is delicious!! Loved the Italian and Godfather. They have a huge selection of subs and fresh soup every day. I had the chicken noodle and it was fantastic. Hope to be back soon!
