Contribute Feedback What Farrah B likes about Starbucks:
This is one of the prettiest, simplest Starbucks locations I've ever been to. I definitely would come here to order coffee and people watch. There's so much going on but in a good way. My drink was made properly without any extra instructions (app order) Despite the wait, top notch experience.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Allen doesn't like about Starbucks:
Clean interior and friendly staff.Slow to prepare anything and they consistently get orders wrong (e.g., forgetting to add syrup). If you’re not in a hurry, I recommend walking up 4 blocks to the storefront on 44th 3rd. View all feedback.
Came here 6:55am on 6/4/23 and the store was closed. Opening hours say it should open 6am. Staff ignored me when I was trying to enter..
As someone who doesn't like interaction unless I initiate it, I don't like the forced welcomes every 5 seconds. Way too robotic and mechanical. Especially when I'm sitting in the store constantly hearing it trying to concentrate on my work. Did management lose manners and common sense? Not everyone wants to be spoken to, some of us don't care for it. It's rude and comes of as pushy, and forcing your workers to do it is disgusting. People have social anxiety and simply don't want to be spoken to. Forced interactions in a company is ridiculous.
Had a pleasant time with my food and coffeeFood: 5/5
Went on June 9th at 1 p.m. and the employees were talking about how if anything is over $6, no one leaves a tip, right in front of all of us waiting for our drinks. Talking like that should get you guys fired, not tipped. What that definitely does give you is a bad review and advice to my entire company not to give money let alone tips to this establishment. Thanks for nothing folks.
Not good. Only starbux in the city that keeps Temps below 0 degrees. No one wants to sit inside to drink. People here complaining. Workers said yhat it must stay that insanely cold for the expresso machines. 4 people left.
