A salmon omelette? Delicious. Croque Madame? Outstanding. Coffee? Perfect. Almond croissant? The best! You can't go wrong. I love this place. 45 minute drive from my house, but totally worth it. View all feedback.
I know the place doesn't look like much, but the pastries and desserts are incredible: you will not believe how good they are. That's what happens when a French pastry chef moves into the neighborhood. I recommend the Chocolate Danish, the plain croissant, the eclair and the Paris Brest, but you really can't go wrong.
This was my go-to for a great coffee when I lived in Crown Heights. The pastries are all baked fresh and are amazing! From the cheese danishes to the croissants to the french toast (no syrup needed) to the cookies... the list goes on and on! They also have lunch and dinner and free wifi, in case you're looking for a place to work remotely for the day!
Based on it's looks, Richol Bakery doesn't thrill. But if you get past the IKEA esque look you'll be pleasantly surprised. The place offers the most moist almond croissant I've ever had! And of impressive proportions too. The next best thing? Is the staff owner himself always inviting courteous. Plus, they take credit cards $5 minimum).

This is a fantastic spot to visit on a leisurely weekend when you can sit down and savor some delicious croissants. They're flavorful, buttery, and quite filling. Each one is priced around $3 to $4, depending on the filling, and my personal favorite is the spinach and cheese croissant. The desserts are also delightful, as everything is made fresh in the bakery. They often have day-old items available at the register for $3 for two (usually a croissant and a muffin), and they’re just as tasty as the fresh ones. The croissants are still quite good regardless!
