Park Terrace Deli - City of New York

WARNING: FOOD POISONING! I ordered the chicken pesto panini last night, and ever since then, I haven't stopped being sick. I've also been experiencing severe diarrhea every 14 minutes. I really advise against ordering from this place—you will regret it. I wish I had taken the time to read other reviews before making my order.

The staff members who cook and prepare the food aren't very friendly or welcoming—I think they could benefit from hiring more women for a better atmosphere. Customer service definitely needs improvement. While the restaurant is convenient, they also neglect to clean their juice machine properly, so if you're a fan of juices or smoothies, you might want to look elsewhere. Today, my smoothie was blended well, but I still encountered chunks of banana. Additionally, they didn’t clean or change the tongs after making the last salad that contained meat and cheese, which is a big concern for someone like me who is vegan.

For the past 12 years, Park Terrace Deli has been my favorite spot for lunch. However, I’ve noticed a significant decline in their customer service recently. I often find myself having to call them multiple times to place an order or waiting for them to return my call, which is simply unacceptable. They frequently get my order wrong, and all they can say is "I'm sorry." I'm really fed up with it, and many others at Allen Hospital feel the same way. I will never spend another dollar there again; I’d rather go hungry!

I’ve been living in Inwood area for well over 10 years now… I must say Park Terrace has declined over the years. From forgetting items in a sandwich to bugs found in my salad to just not delivering an item and not picking up a phone calls to see where said item is. Inwood needs a better deli ASAP.

Cheap food, 80% of the time the orders are wrong, always forgetting things and its hyperinflation prices.. There’s Price gouging going on here especially on the apps.
