Delightful Sunday Starter!. A little dig around the corner led us here for a Sunday starter. Well worth the journey! Clean, cozy, and chill in the small seating area in back. Exceptional cafe Ole doughnut! And the lox bagel sandwich was outstanding- salty, creamy, smoky, doughy, toasted seedsy! Perfect union in mouth and belly! Cafe Oles were perfect. Blissful Fueled!

Reviewing specifically their coffee because I haven't had their food. Their coffee is very good and the staff has been friendly and welcoming most of the times that I've been there. The seasonal drinks I've had have been excellent (shout-out to Brooklyn Fog) and the cold brew doesn't disappoint. I will say that the staff does often seem swamped during the morning rush and even a simple order of black coffee might be super delayed because of the queue of food and more complicated drink orders. Also the area of accessible space to order and then wait for your drink can be tight. During the height of the pandemic they had done window service and this seemed more convenient and less claustrophobic but the current system is fine as long as people are smart about standing without blocking the counters.

The first 4 times I went here it was awful. Each time my order was either incorrect, forgotten or I was just treated rudely. In fact I am not sure why I kept giving this pace a chance. Boy am I glad I did. Turns out the food is fucking awesome. Burrough park is a great bagel and is reasonably priced. Whenever I ask for not a lot of cream cheese, i do not get a lot of cream cheese. I swear this is the only place I've ever been to that I've had this experience. And they started getting my cold brew order correct!

The mocha was delicious, not overly sweet with a very mellow chocolate flavor. Although the entryway is a bit small and cumbersome, it’s definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby.

Outstanding coffee much better than those star bucky places. Delicious sandwiches the Franklin is brilliant! Terrific folks behind the counter a nice family behind them making three locations run smooth. V welcoming.
