Still remember the first time I had milk bar in LA. It surprises me still till now. No matter where I travel to, cereal milk from Milk bar is my fav choice that always comforts my sweet cravings. It's definitely on the pricy side , $8 for a ice cream. Worth it but I wouldn't come too often. This location is busy during weekend which makes a bit hard to find a seating area for large group of people. View all feedback.

I was really excited to try this ice cream and cake but it wasn't very good at all. It was too sugary and not very flavorful. It wasn't good honestly, super disappointed View all feedback.
The carrot marshmallow cake is my absolute favorite!
The birthday cake and pumpkin pie were decent, but I had higher expectations. They were quite small considering the price, and the flavors didn’t impress me. I did enjoy the texture of the pie, which was very gooey. I think I'll probably just stick to their ice cream next time.
As some others here have noticed, the staff seems to be really inattentive. At least I was greeted when entering the place, but the employee behind the counter seemed to rather work on their laptop than take my order. Waited for a few minutes then left. Didn 't even get a goodbye when leaving.Apparently being hyped eliminates the need for customer service. ?
I came here from New Jersey on June 12th to the nicest (and cutest) guy behind the counter! He was so knowledgeable about all the product offerings and funny as well ! He recommended the BDay cake shake to me and it tasted soooo good and he made it so fast ! The experience was amazing from start to finish and I will definitely be visiting here again soon
If I could give a negative rating, I would. I traveled all the way from the UK to celebrate my birthday and was really looking forward to having a slice of birthday cake after seeing it featured on Netflix. Unfortunately, I encountered the rudest and most uninterested staff I have ever met. The girl at the counter ignored us for ten minutes while she was busy texting on her phone. She barely acknowledged us and didn't use any polite phrases like "please" or "thank you." The guy who prepared our order also didn't make eye contact or say a word; he was just as impolite. To make matters worse, he gave us the wrong order and didn’t even let us know when it was ready. I wouldn’t mind if the food had been exceptional, but it was actually subpar, which was disappointing, especially since they say you can taste the quality when it’s made with love! Thanks for ruining my expectations and putting a damper on my birthday celebration!
