Simply the best! Fast, friendly, cheap and clean. Very cozy place. Pancakes delicious and fluffy, and OMG the French Toast best french toast I ever have.

My room mate and I come here almost everyday for our daily dose of coffee and vibes! The staff is so kind, and the food is well priced and fantastic! Live, love milas!

The best pancakes I've ever had in NYC! I really appreciated this peaceful spot, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I sat on the terrace and savored my breakfast, which included pancakes and a smoothie. The service was outstanding as well!

I had their panini sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was really friendly, which made the experience even better. The place could use a bit more cleanliness, and they don't accept card payments, but that didn't bother me too much. My friend tried the bacon and egg sandwich, and she raved about it, saying it was amazing and that she's developed a new love for bacon and egg sandwiches (10/10). However, she hasn't actually had any recently, so I'm not sure—maybe she was exaggerating.

This is an incredible restaurant! As a local, I've been dining here for years. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the food is consistently outstanding, and the customer service is delightful. It's one of my favorite spots in the city, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Keep in mind that the restaurant is cash only and is typically staffed by just two people, so it can get quite busy. Please be patient and kind! Overall, I give it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend paying a visit.
