I really love Dunkin', but my recent experience wasn't great. The person taking my order seemed a bit distracted. I requested everything mini bagels but received plain ones instead. I also asked for sugar in my iced coffee, but it ended up with no sugar at all. I was quite disappointed. View all feedback.
Food was ok but not all the dishes were available. Customer service was not the best.
My first time here, service was amazing! 10/10. Food quality was even better! My first time having guatita and it was great. We also had the bistec ensabollado, and the mar y tierra plate. All were so tasty. The environment felt very homey. Will definitely be coming back here with family and friends.

The restaurant offers a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere with comfortable seating. The food is delicious and the service is excellent!
