Healthy Fresh - City of New York

It?s sad that healthy fresh Paninis used to be double the size they are now, but the pricing is still the same. It?s very disheartening for those that love healthy fresh.

This was one half of my sad $11 sandwich from Healthy Fresh. I used to get sandwiches that took me more than four bites to eat. The chips that used to come with the sandwich were plentiful. Today? They sent a 50 cent bag of Wise chips from the bodega. Salads here used to be a good deal. Now you get charged a minimum of 75 cents for every single ingredient after the lettuce,even things where you HAVE to pick one. Charging more for food right now is understandable, cutting portions would also beunderstandable. However, to do both feels like you are just passing on the cost of your new store front and excessive fancypackaging to the customers.

My experience was ok, the salad is very small ????. Plus there was one person there able to communicate with well in English, I know a little Spanish so I was comfortable with the service but there were somethings I just couldn't express. 1 thing is thedressing is considered a topping for .50 and I asked can I do 1/2 creamy Italian and half regular Italian. That's my preferenceand I understand it might be strange but it was such a strange request I guess they had a hard time fulfilling it. At least 3different people got involved and then they were saying I just have to pay the extra .50. I didn't mean to be difficult ????

The quality of the food was great, super fresh and tasty! The servers with really friendly and our food came out super quickly. The only thing is the wraps were really small but they come with a bag of chips too.

My family and i used to love healthy fresh! But extremely disappointed at the quality and quantity for the price! They have doubled the price and lowered the quantity. The shakes were decent. But the paninis and quesadillas lacked flavor. Each item iordered were priced at $10! Which seems too high for me. Not going there again!
