What Bryan C doesn't like about Harvest:
They don't accept credit cards from Black people. They assume we are going to dispute transactions. Racist establishment. Lady told me I need to bring all cash. Went in another day to confirm my suspicions and saw another couple using a card. Avoiding. View all feedback.
I wish I could give zero star. Place an order which took over 1 hour for delivery. When I contacted the the restaurant the woman who answered the phone yelled, I JUST GOT THE ORDER .
Worse service. if I can give them a negative star I would. My code-worker order food for us for lunch. It took them about 2 hours to have our food deliver. And we never received the food. We called the the restaurant first she was so rude. Not helpful at all. And the. After 2 hours of waiting for our food then she tells us the order was cancelled
Ordered through a third party. Order took over an hour and the chicken is rock hard. I didn’t get any utensils with the delivery so I used a metal fork and couldn’t get the fork into the chicken. The rice was as expected.I reached out to the 3rd party, delivery, and they said the merchant denied my refund and to contact the merchant. The merchant told me they don’t have any information and nothing can be done. Horrid experience all around.
I called the restaurant and asked not to send a replacement if it was going to take another hour, as I was already starving. The person on the phone suggested bringing the incorrect food back for an exchange and assured me it would be quick. However, the replacement food didn't arrive until 9 PM, which took another hour. When it finally did arrive, the delivery person was gone, there was no exchange, and to make matters worse, my order came without any rice. I reached out to delivery.com for a refund, but they refused, claiming the restaurant said the order was correct. I explained the situation — that they didn't include the rice and that my food, ordered at 6:30, wasn't delivered until 9. After this experience, I doubt I'll be ordering from them again.
