What Hydeia Champion doesn't like about Gregorys Coffee 649 Broadway:
The man at the front register was very cold. When I said hi he didn’t respond, didn’t ask what I would like, gave me short one word answers to both of my questions and was visibly irritated. I try to be understanding of the stress working in service brings but this was a bit much and hurt my feelings. Not a good customer service experience. View all feedback. I've been there at lease 3 times a week bc they are near my job and I always order the same menu. The coffee tase is really depend on who makes for you. Some day can be very very sweet???, some day can be perfect. please make sure your employee keep the standard. I really like your View all feedback.

No restroom for customers which is absolutely mad. Coffee is ok.
