I ordered the Crave Infinity, but it arrived extremely burnt. When I called to discuss the issue, the person I spoke with tried to gaslight me by claiming they don't even sell that item.

The tulips I ordered never arrived, and they were replaced with something I never approved. The roses are wilted and on the verge of dying. The flower service is terrible.

Both of the Mylies were overcooked. They were burnt every time I used them, so I had to throw them away.
