We came here to grab a quick dinner before we went out with friends. This is a small local Italian restaurant where you can get pizza by the slice or pie, paninis and sandwiches, and also excellent pasta.I got the Penne Vodka and it was the right amount of spicy and came out fresh and hot. My husband tried the Spaghetti Agilo Olio as we've been trying to find a good place in the city that serves it correctly. It was... View all feedback.

Worst pizza in the the United States. I've lived everywhere from NY, MA, MI, CA, CO. I can say I've never had pizza this bad. They do not serve round pie slices but Sicilian style. I love Sicilian style. Both of our slices were served cold. Very little sauce. Cheese was a solid slab of coldness (despite earrings on the restaurant). A low key, cozy Italian diner/restaurant that serves classic pizza, pastas, salads, and Italian entrees. It was a little pricey for the menu but still pretty good food. The waiters are all very nice. Would go here again to escape the hustle and bustle of little Italy to enjoy a good italian meal!
I came here for a slice of pizza to-go, so I would say this isn't exactly that type of establishment, more of a sit-down place to hang out for Italian food. The interior was certainly interesting with a lot of history. Grandma slice pretty good with crispy edges and a bready interior, solid ingredients. Overall, this is sit-down place that isn't really for slices, but the grandma slice is more an appetizer for your meal.
Great place for Italian food. I had the cheese ravioli and the caccio e pepe, both really good. Also they had $8 apperol spritz during happy hour and it was so good! I'll be going back for more dishes
Bought their pasta for Valentine's day dinner. The dine in space is very cute and cozy. The pasta was absolutely delicious, the whole place gives of a vibe of Italians grandmother's house
Normally a sign declaring somewhere to be the 'real New York ' can seem suspicious or boastful, but this place really delivers. Awesome Italian-American influenced dishes with a friendly, old Lower Manhattan vibe. The sandwiches were fresh and quick to arrive, the prices were reasonable and the overall atmosphere was pleasantly welcoming.
