This restaurant offers great value for the price, with fast turnover of customers ensuring that the food is always fresh. The buffet selection is extensive and the dishes are very flavorful. I have visited twice now, both times on the weekend, and highly recommend it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Young Cheng:
Dont go. If you have never eaten Chinese before you sould not try there. It would be a traumatic experience. Really bad quallity. The staff behave like cave people. They dont take credit card only cash. And they dont give receipts View all feedback.
I came to have dinner with my 9-year-old son, and when I arrived, the price for him was told, 8 would be instead of the full price 11,50) but when I went to pay once, I was told that I was the full...price all workers including the manager were inflexible, despite their own mistake, and said they just follow after their policy. they also demanded to know who had given me the wrong information, but I didn't divulge it because I was sure that the person would be punished. the person who gave me the wrong price then told me directly to my face that I had to pay the higher price. I also saw a young boy with a nuss allergy that they had nothing for him. that's good, but in any case, it's deliberate if they have any allergies. the food was in order, but the service during this visit was infuriating, so a bad taste in my mouth.
After reading the good reviews for this Chinese buffet, we thought it would be a good choice. very disappointing, the employees were only interested in taking their money, they were stacked from the stack of dirty plates and a box full of wasted food. close to the food on the display. there were not the usual appetizers and I was really disappointed that there were no shrinked duck and pancakes, first of all I visited Chinese that did not have this dish. there were about 30 dishes to choose from and eating was hot and quite tasty, garnelen was one of my favorite dishes and there was plenty of supply, but after the fight to remove the dishes they were in a rather sticky chaos, but they could only offer a dish of cold water to clean their hands. puddings consisted of a tablet of jelly or orange wedges. a very disappointing meal all around.
We came to london on Saturday night to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we had a nice weekend until we came here. I had sweet and sour bun with rice as soon as I tasted it I knew it wasn't right and cracker...where all soft and old .. I didn't eat anymore and pushed my teller on the side that my man had eaten and realized that the bun was not cooked and was in the middle pink. we called on the staff and were ignored, so I went to the writing to say that eating was not properly cooked and we didn't want more and I didn't pay for them, but I would pay for the drinks that we had ..well, anyway they turned aggressive and 3 women holding one of them digging off their nails to their poor they were shutting off the door, so I started I have never experienced anything like it in my life all they want is their money and will do everything to get the money. the personal is al rude and not speak hardly any English and they are not going to social distancing! it is a complete dive and it is ruuined are last night in london baring in the understood we only come friday tomorrow! at least the police have given a statement so that they only wait to hear from them.
10.50 all you can eat, so far so good. If it would've been hot and not cold. Fried stuff was practically inedible since the very strong oily taste. Staff as unfriendly as usual in China Town, but when I tried to tip they tried telling...me it was the usual price. Better count your coins people. Next time definitely a la carte again, you can spend the 10 pounds better.
Very cheap buffet with exactly what you want from a buffet. Typical dishes, small restaurant but it is very very cheap so I think you get more than what you pay for.
