Wrap It Up! World Gourmet Wraps

I always enjoy having a wrap for lunch, and my first experience at this restaurant chain was a decent one. The Indian wrap was tasty and the service was fairly quick. It was a nice touch to have it freshly prepared. It's a good option if you're looking for something filling to eat on the go.

I purchased a Falafel wrap for a quick dinner snack. I was disappointed to find out that if I wanted more of any ingredient, I would have to pay extra. The wrap did not come with all the ingredients that were displayed. It only had hummus, aubergines, salad, and falafel. Despite the wrap being heated (or rather placed on a warm surface), the dish itself was cold. Every ingredient in the wrap was cold, particularly the falafel, which seemed like it had been taken straight out of the fridge. The overall texture of the ingredients was chewy and the dish lacked flavor. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and it could not have been more different from the first. While the food was good this time, the service was terrible. It was exceptionally slow, despite there being only two other customers and twice as many staff members. Most of the staff, with the exception of two, seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. They spent more time talking amongst themselves instead of serving me, and their attitudes were rude. Overall, it was not a pleasant atmosphere to be in.

We both visited for lunch during work, very polite staff, good portions and a lovely tasty burrito, we'd go again

Great time here, would recommend to anyone who is thinking of going in the future. Won’t be disappoint
