The packaging at this restaurant is fantastic, as are the employees. I am always greeted with warm smiles in a positive atmosphere, and the packing is always on point. I have observed that they handle difficult customers or members of the public, especially during lunch time, in a professional manner. View all feedback.
What sayurisaan doesn't like about Wrap It Up:
Great halal place, quick service and friendly staff. I tried the standard Mexican burrito, asked for extra chillie sauce. I feel it lacked a lot of flavour, the chicken had slight bits to it like cartilage, not nice. Without that extra bit of sauce I think I would have found it quite dry and I also added salt as it didn’t have much. The meal deal was decent and filling. May return again, not so sure. I stopped by this place on the run from a late evening to my hotel, and they were open, friendly, and served me a reasonable Chicken Shish Tawouk wrap which suited me fine. Won't win any awards but dependable and not too expensive, even by London standards.
Popped along with a mate to grab a cheeky dinner. Reasonable selection of wraps from chicken tikka to beef fajita and good choice in sizes (small, medium and large). Ingredient are fresh in the same way that Subway is fresh, precooked meats etc. Unfortunately my wrap was also somewhat cold when I received it.That said, it did taste good (despite being cold). Ultimately the biggest drawback for me is the price £6.50 for a large wrap demands a certain standard that the overall quality didn't live up to. If you've got money to burn it's not a problem but otherwise save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.
I have used this place a few times now and have never been disappointed. They absolutely stuff the wraps full, so you definitely get good value for money. There aren't hundreds of choices which is good otherwise people would spend forever trying to decide what they wanted. You can choose small medium and large which is an excellent idea. Great for a takeaway; highly recommended.
I went to this restaurant with my friends last week. The food was delicious and served promptly. The customer service was excellent. The prices were also pleasantly surprising.
I am a regular customer at this restaurant and have been for a while. I always enjoy my meal here. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Despite some negative comments about the kitchen, I have worked in catering myself and witnessed the wraps being prepared in front of me to a high professional standard. The kitchen may be small, but it is well-managed. Be cautious when they offer chilli sauce as they use a powerful sauce. Overall, it is a great lunch spot and after trying other options on Villiers Street, I believe a good burrito is hard to beat.
