Whole meal caffe has the best atmosphere of any restaurants that I ever lived in streatham (I lived there) eating is always delicious with large portion sizes and for a good price. service is beautiful and I miss that I have the caffe right around the corner!
OMG!!!!!! went to this pretentious little cafe and ended up with the owner snarling in my face while I was eating with my eight year old son and his friend. Apparently the two boys were being too loud and it was disturbing two tattoo clad...women behind us. We were shown up in front of all the customers despite me having already asked the boys to hold down the noise and them already complying with my instruction. like a Library than a cafe. Our bill was over thirty pounds and my vegetable stew and rice was absolutely tasteless. The jacket potato with beans was eight pounds! Also, what"s the point of eating wholemeal if it"s microwaved? This was a very hostile, uncomfortable, expensive and superficial environment void of any atmosphere. If you want good veggie food with plenty of flavour in a pleasant atmosphere head to Tooting Broadway where there are plenty of Indian people who know how to cook this type of food properly and who are far more sociable. WARNING! If you are a family, have children or simply want great tasting veggie food AVOID THIS PLACE! It"s a waste of your time and money.
I ordered the pie and salad. It was delicious and a massive portion. I would highly recommend this place for wholesome vegetarian food.
Delicious food and plenty of it very friedly people loving what they do and a great organic pale ale not to be missed.
Great cosy little place. Delicious vegetarian food with plenty of vegan options too. Child friendly... although toilets are upstairs so not great with a pram.
