Contribute FeedbackLocated within the Premier Inn, Thyme Restaurant offers a convenient dining option for tired travelers. While the food quality is generally good, it can be inconsistent, often featuring a meat-heavy menu with limited vegetarian choices. Diners appreciate the attentive and friendly staff, though some have noted a lack of coordination that can lead to repeated inquiries during service. The menu is varied, and the meal deals provide excellent value, particularly for families, as kids eat free. Although not everyone would seek it out, for many, it satisfactorily meets the needs of a hotel dining experience.
Booked an evening meal here. Staff were busy but helpful, food was good and reasonably priced, especially for London.
The food is mostly well cooked, although it seems to vary from day to day. I had a meal deal and eat here 4 times during my stay, which rather exhausted the menu as far as I was concerned. Things are quite meaty and I prefer more choices from a vegetarian point of view. It was convenient to eat here, but not my first choice.
The food is really good and the staff are great! The surf and turf is delicious!! Kids eat free which is really good too and the menu has some really good options!
I don’t usually eat at hotel restaurants, but I was with friends and staying at the hotel and we were too tired to go searching for another place. In fact, we were so pleased with the quality of the food that we ate there again. There is plenty of choice on the menu, staff are attentive and friendly. A meal deal is available for breakfast and dinner, good value.
We are here when staying at the Premier Inn. We arrived at the hotel late and couldn't face looking for somewhere after our long journey. Thyme is very convenient and has a pretty varied menu. The food was ok, not great but ok and the staff who served us were really lovely. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but it served its purpose for us during our stay and we had no real complaints.
