located in the row of food vendors inside the Borough Market in Southwark London, the menu is simple but delicious. two kinds of veggie burgers, the super (vegan) or the halloumi, with halloumi cheese and veggies. one can order a burger on a bun, or on a cabbage leaf, or with a salad box. I had the halloumi burger on a half box salad. the salad portion is actually a salad sampler, with baby potatoes and other veggies... View all feedback.

read moreThe veggie burger is top-notch! We tried two veggie restaurants over 2 days and this was one of our favorites for a snack in between. Delicious burger and salad.
First of all, I believe this place is now called The Big V. I went to Borough Market for lunch to try one of their vegan burgers. I had the Holy Smoke burger which was AMAZING. I encourage anyone to try one, even if you're not vegan, it was just so tasty! All the burgers are made to order so you have to wait a few minutes for yours to come together, but oh my, it's worth it. Delicious to the last bite, will definitely be back!
read moreI recently went to a restaurant called The Big V in Borough Market for lunch. I decided to try their Vegan burger, the Holy Smoke, and it was fantastic. I would definitely suggest trying it, even if you're not vegan, because it was very delicious. The burgers are made fresh when ordered, so there is a brief wait, but it is absolutely worth it. I savored every bite and will certainly be going back.
read moreI visited The Veggie Table's Pop-up at Bakery 47 in Glasgow for the second time last night, and once again, it was fantastic. My friend and I had previously attended their first pop-up in March and were thrilled to hear that it will now be a monthly event in Glasgow's south side. The food, including a tasty bowl of quinoa and cumin, a flavorful mushroom burger, and a refreshing lime, coconut, and mango lassi, was all amazing. It was a true vegetarian feast that both myself and my non-vegetarian friend enjoyed. We will definitely be returning. Anna and Adam's passion for discussing the menu only added to the high quality of the food. Their friendly demeanor helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend The Veggie Table to anyone in Glasgow who appreciates good food, as well as lucky Londoners who have access to these talented chefs.
