I had a great afternoon tea with Efren, Daniel, and Greg followed by delicious cocktails with Felipe. Thank you gentlemen for a fantastic time!

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to the exceptional service provided by the 3 Amigos - Daniel, Efren, and Rommel. These charming gentlemen went above and beyond to make our evening memorable and truly capped off our wonderful day in London. We will absolutely be returning, and hope to be greeted by the 3 Amigos once again.

We came for Afternoon Tea for my son's 18th birthday. The location was perfect, very calm and pleasant. The service was impeccable (thank you Naria and Virat) and the food was delicious. Everything was homemade and fresh and the teas were really very special. We could have additional food or tea and we wished. The afternoon was completed by a surprise birthday cake and drinks for our birthday boy. Highly recommended.

My partner I and our four year old daughter attended for the afternoon tea. We received exceptional customer service particularly from Daniel who was warm and pleasantly engaging with us all throughout.

Efrin, Daniel, Kalin made a good tea a GREAT tea! Firstly, this is my first time I’ve attended a tea. It was raining outside and we walked about 30 minutes to get there (there were some strikes and a big parade happening concurrently making getting a taxi difficult). We walked into the lovely Sheraton wet, tired, droopy and with several of our shopping bags that were paper literally falling apart. Efrin was SO kind, helpful, and welcoming. He made us feel so special from the very beginning. We are vegetarian and they are VERY accommodating. They even have an entire menu page dedicated to vegetarians! The egg salad was my favorite and my daughters loved the cucumber sandwiches. They even replenish your food on request! There are a myriad of teas to choose from. I’m not a connoisseur but greatly enjoyed the 1927 with cream. Daniel carefully and patiently showed us how to use the little tea strainers and made sure we had everything we needed at the table to enjoy our food and drink. He even took photos! Kalin was attentive, kind, and ever present. The space filled up quickly but it still felt very intimate. Bottom line, the food and drink were tasty but without the amazing staff creating that special feeling and adding all the extras they did, it would not stand out in my mind. The staff make this experience fabulous! We loved our time at Palm Court and cannot wait to return!
