are they looking for the perfect place for their sunday? of course you are. Now, the old red cow is not perfect, but you could do much worse in the capital. this independent pub is located in front of the door of the legendary meat market of london, smithfield, so there is no excuse for shottige frying. the first impressions were good – it is a secretly cozy little pub, which despite the midst of the **** nothing was... Only on the street of smithfield market in farringdon, this small pub dances over its weight for food. there is a good mix of options, including plowers with a selection of cheese, knochenmark burger with a huge part of fries, and fish and chips. However, the menu often changes to check them online to ensure that their favorite is there. it is worth booking a table as it is a small space, but with an airy upper floor with an extra small bar and tables for groups. only far enough from the city to avoid too many men in suits, but it always seems to be a few locals in there. craft beers are on the tap and there is a beautiful selection of wein available.

I can be picky with lamb, since ripe lamb can have a special taste that tastes me, it fell from the bone and tasted fresh to me and they had it cooked with a gentle fragrance of mint that was there but not overwhelming. pie had a good amount of meat too ale gravy. it was nice that they had extra serious if they were a greny-fiend!
Barbican £5.80 paulaner a Victorian pub with a modern makeover. The old red cow is just a short walk away from the barbican tube and lies opposite the new color ringdon elizabeth railway station. I visited here shortly before christmas on a criminal around the opposite and it was very quiet due to kovid plan b restrictions. the pub should have been dug with office workers with their Christmas drinks, but she was just me, my son, a vicar and her friend in the pub, there is a sweat in there somewhere! this pub has a good beer variety, I had a very pleasant pint of paulaner, which I had not had for a while. the vicar and her friend dressed up with a dug, this pub has a strong cake and burger game. this alcohol had a makeover to modernize the place when I am honest, I prefer the previous traditional facility. that is, it makes the pub against its traditional neighbours. the pub is over two etagens with the upper floor for diner and underground for those who dive for a drink, both are beautiful rooms. the barman who was in the service was very welcoming and we had a chat about how business was, he was still most considerating how quiet it was. the old red cow is an independent pub that offers it punters a decent eating and drinks offer. the pub is open seven days in the week, which is great as some of the other local pubs are open only during the week, so they have a beer or a bite to eat when they visit the opposite at the weekend. pubs like these need our support in these difficult times, why not visit this great part of london and pay the old red cow a visit.
We have enjoyed the Sunday Roast here many times. It just keeps getting better. Lamb with mint sauce was the choice of both of us. Don't miss a pudding (dessert) soaked in hot custard! I like the beer selection at this independent pub. Oh, and the prices for bottles of wine are really good.
LOVELY British pub just outside Barbican Station. Great guest ales while keeping the classics. Great music, great vibe, great people and great staff. Recommend to anyone passing through. Cameron is an excellent barman with great knowledge of their selection.
