What User doesn't like about The Beer House:
before our train it is a bit to drink. the so-called bar depreciation was completely asleep. he talked about his handy in hindi. when he was asked for a calcareous disc for my wodka, he just looked out and said in bad English no! .interested while playing with his phone. we would not tolerate that in Germany! read moreNestled conveniently for travelers, the restaurant serves as a decent stop for a quick drink before catching a train. While the beer prices are comparable to other London pubs, patrons have reported disappointing service, noting unfriendly and inattentive staff. Customers encountered rude responses and a general lack of hospitality, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, cleanliness issues, particularly in the men's restrooms, have raised concerns. Despite its potential as a casual pit stop, these factors may leave visitors hesitant to return in the future. Overall, it seems the establishment needs to elevate its service and maintenance standards.
