Design and comfort would be 5 stars, but the food is really below par. Beef carpaccio was more like bresaola and very over salted. Sea bass was fine but at £48 it should be. Sides were necessary and tasted like child food and not in a good way. The wine list in that postcode is always going to be punchy which is fine but showcase great producers don’t hide behind lesser cheaper names at premium prices. Nice staff, no... View all feedback. Good overall, but the smell coming from the kitchen is a bit of a let down. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful and the premise itself is quite pleasant in all resorts. Haven’t tried the food but coffee was well prepared. View all feedback.

This is a modern trendy private member club in prime London West End. I would have given it a 5/5 but it's mega expensive. Otherwise it's excellent.

read moreThe Arts Club, a once-coveted dining destination, now struggles to maintain its esteemed reputation. Patrons find the ambiance glamorous yet marred by inconsistencies in food quality and a lack of attentive service. While cocktails and a sophisticated atmosphere are highlights, diners often encounter underwhelming dishes and uncomfortable seating arrangements. Complaints range from excessive smoking in outdoor areas to dismissive staff behavior, tarnishing the overall experience. Despite its exclusive allure and elegant setting, the restaurant faces criticism for offering mediocre culinary offerings at premium prices. A revitalization in management and a renewed focus on quality may be essential for its resurgence.
