While the ramen and bao buns receive praise for their rich flavors and quality ingredients, service inconsistencies mar the dining experience. Some patrons faced slow and inattentive service, with high fees adding to the frustration. Despite the drawbacks, many appreciated the attentive staff and the opportunity to customize their meal. The diverse menu, featuring set options that include cocktails and desserts, is enticing but may lead to unexpected charges. Overall, the eatery offers a lively dining experience, eager for improvement.
Been here a few times now and it never fails to disappoint. The food is always exceptional and of a brilliant standard. The katsu curry is genuinely one of the best I have ever had and is very filling due to its large portion.
Used to be our favourite ramen place in town but got food poisoning in my last visit there 2 days ago. Ruined my Easter weekend and still not fully recovered at the time of writing.
The restaurant has a set menu of 1 Ramen, 2 coops of Ice cream and 1 cocktail priced at £24. This was exactly what I ordered but ended up spending £8 more. The waiter did not inform about the set menu and when we asked for a refund, the requested was rejected. And of course, we were still charged a service fee at 12.5%.
I've eaten at many restaurants but this particular Japanese restaurant made everything like a book. The dishes were amazing, the atmosphere was great and it's a place where I would go anytime. At first I thought the price was pretty high but after the dishes came, it was worth it. Price=Quality Thank you guys for providing us with amazing food and comfort. Love you!!
We visit regularly and, on each occasion, really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Friendly service as well.
