We had a very poor experience here for lunch, incredibly bad service, one of our party waited 15mins after the other 3 for her main and was then brought a stone cold dish. We tried to order desserts but couldn't get anyone to take an order so eventually gave up! One child at the table was given an activity sheet 30mins after we sat down but nothing for the other child. Our four-headed party enjoyed the appetizers and the net, and the service was friendly, pleasant and timely. Although not regular users, we found rosdopomodoro to be relaxed, consistent and pleasant.
Enjoyable, good location, ok pizza, pricy wein, friendly and dedicated staff.
I've been in this restaurant since the opening and whenever I'm in john lewis, I'll make sure I have lunch there.
