there are plenty of pret a manger everywhere, but i loved this the most. no one was so clean. it 's also in a clean area. the stuff was so friendly that it surprised me. the food was fresh and the cappuccino so perfect. View all feedback.

Popped in for a grab and go lunch. This branch was busy and chaotic not helped by rude brusque unhelpful staff. Noticed after we had left that we had been overcharged. There are better Pret A Mangers in London! View all feedback.
The salads were complete but the lack of seasoning like oil or lemon really made them bland. The charging outlets were not working, which is deadly for a tourist.
Like all pret a manger, with the exception that the only operational bathroom is the handicapped one... It is not my normal environment to have to wash your hands in a sink that reaches below your knees
Loud baby's and children. Staff dropping plates on the floor. Bad music. Don't recommend
I was sat at a table having my coffee and a family of 4 started changing their baby’s nappy in the area around my table. I’ve gone to the counter and checked there’s baby changing facilities in there. One employee has gone up to the family and they continued doing it as if nothing happened. Shocking behaviour especially when food and drinks are served in there. Seats were not disinfected and the manager on duty who spoke to me didn’t seem to see an issue with it.
Most of the staff are nice except one blonde lady with short hair always shouting and treat arrogantly every morning
