The restaurant claims to be open until 2 am, but they do not actually fulfill orders placed after 1:30 am. Even though they may mark your order as "accepted," they will not actually deliver it. I called to inquire about my order at 1:45 am and was met with a rude response saying it was not accepted, even though they are supposedly open until 2 am. Additionally, when ordering food late, it arrives cold and below standard. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
My daughter and I had a special meal at Pizza Express for her 21st birthday. We both ordered dough balls for our starter, with my daughter choosing from the children's menu. However, when the dough balls arrived, my daughter was disappointed to find that hers were stuck together in a sausage shape, making it difficult to dip them in the garlic sauce. To add to the mishap, one of my dough balls rolled onto the floor. Although the waitress apologized and replaced it, it was still a bit of a letdown. Luckily, the rest of our meal was delicious and my daughter's pizza and bambinoccino made up for the dough ball disaster.
I ate at this, and another, Pizza Express location and enjoyed both meals ordering both pizza and other dishes off the menu. Our meals were tasty and the service was very good. Would recommend for families with small children.
I went with a group of workmates around 10 of us in total. Some just wanted starters, some used the 2 courses for £12.95, but when my other colleague and I (so 2 vouchers) asked about the O2 priority offer, the waiter was incredibly rude. We as a group went last year to the same one and we used vouchers then so very confused. Would not recommend due to the service received. They also took ages to get our order. Obviously no tip paid. We will be trying elsewhere for our next meal out!
We visited during the night time.The service provided was amazing as the waiter Marco was very generous. He always smiling and knew the menu completely. He gave us very good recommendations and we will for sure come back again.
