Piano Smithfield

2 fantastic pianists that played requests all night long, great atmosphere and singalong, coupled with a great welcome and table service, would definitely go back.

We visited this restaurant for a ticketed event with live music and found the bar to be lovely, cosy, and elegant. All seats and booths offer a good view of the stage, and the pizza was delicious. We plan on returning for Piano Request night after being impressed by the sample playing we saw. Additionally, we noticed they offer 2 for 1 cocktails between 6 and 8pm. The bar is conveniently located near Barbican and Farringdon Tubes, as well as the Elizabeth Line.

We went to see a performance by the jazz singer Barb Jungr, the venue was cosy elegant, the staff welcoming helpful, the place was full, we enjoyed particulary that the audience was very quiet when the singer performed, we had a great time but did not stay for the late piano playing because we had a long way back home.

I had a fantastic time visiting this restaurant to see Louise Dearman perform, and she was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, perfect for a cold winter afternoon. James and his team were incredibly charming, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The drink selection was great and reasonably priced. Thank you to James and his team for providing such a wonderful experience. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that everyone has a good time.

We had a wonderful experience at Piano! James greeted us warmly, the music was fantastic, and I admire the concept they are trying to achieve with the venue. It's just what the City needs, like a Ronnie Scott's. Definitely go if you have the chance!
