this is the first thing we tried in london. because we are looking for a good food that was cheap, we discovered the buffet. the food was good, because it was my pleasure. space was very compact and crowded. but this was a nice place for budget trips like us. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mr Wu:
for a quick lunch or dinner it is the average Chinese buffet. I could say that eating tastes pretty good, but nothing special. the main goal for this restaurant is to get people and get people out as soon as possible. it is quite cramped inside with not much space to go around, especially when it is busy. if they feel, however, as if they could die from hunger, then I think it is an option! Variety is a spice of life. Mr Wu will prove that right. The best ever buffet I've had. For ten pounds you can eat your heart out. Pork in abundance, ribs, duck, beef, chicken, spring rolls,dumplings. Everything you can imagine. Will definitely become a regular here.courteous staff. Wine goes really well with the meal.
Went there yesterday Mr Wu is a small place however adds to the atmosphere. The food options are limited to 8 10 dishes but tasted amazing. Staff really friendly.
Great value. Not a huge selection,no expensive furniture but it's £5.50 a head for the buffet,so what do you expect.We go into London quite often and Mr Wu's is a place we like to call in before a few beers...................and the staff haven't been rude to us
Worst customer service ever, REFUSED TAP WATER. Walked into this very small restaurant with £5.50 buffet offer (On 2nd jan 2013). Really dirty place and dirty cutlery. Less than 8options for food which tasted nothing near to chinese. Their soup was just boiled water with raw stir fry vegetables. Refused to serve tap water and when asked; the manager was very rude, nearly aggressive by putting his hand almost into my friend's face. He was very arrogant and the staff didn't speak any english, they just used signs when called. I would personally never recommend this restaurant neither i would ever go there again.
A horrobil dinner, we could not eat anything from the buffet! The meat was bad, the spring rolls dry and it was all in all to expensive. Do not eat there!
