Avoid at all cost! I'd rate that zero if I could. absolutely unobtrusive customer service and even less knowledge of the ordering platforms they use. make you enjoy and drive you to aksular, right along the hertford road to offer a true Turkish experience, much more beautiful eating, cleaner spaces and customer service.

This place is a total disappointment. I ordered a chicken shish and was shocked to receive five tiny pieces of chicken (see photos) that were the smallest I've ever seen. When I called to complain, I couldn't find anyone who spoke English, and when I finally did, they were completely indifferent. They promised the manager would call me back, but of course, that never happened. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid this place.

If you decide to order food from this restaurant, be sure to check your order before paying. They frequently send out incorrect items and have even sent uncooked kebabs to customers. I do not recommend purchasing from this establishment. Additionally, when calling to complain, the staff often act as if your order never took place.

I ordered the Yogurtlu Chicken Shish and was disappointed to find that it was served with just plain yogurt, without the tomato sauce that is traditionally included. The restaurant staff insisted that this was how the dish was meant to be served, despite my disagreement. Feeling frustrated by their lack of understanding, I attempted to clarify the situation but was met with resistance. Even after pointing out that photos of the dish online show it with sauce, the restaurant did not offer a resolution or apology. This experience, along with past issues at the restaurant, has left me unsatisfied with their service and quality.

I order ch.wings and ch.shee both meal was smell bad they was OFF even dry meat and bad tasty .NEVER AGAIN
