Mcdonald's - City of London,Westminster

I went to this McDonald's on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. We ordered our meal and noticed that one portion of chips was missing and the other was cold. We did not receive any order or payment receipts. After our meal, we ordered a McFlurry but the topping was missing. Other customers were also complaining about receiving smaller portions than what they were charged for. As I was leaving, I accidentally caught my foot on a large nail sticking out from the floor. I informed the employee cleaning the tables, but they didn't seem too concerned. I don't plan on returning to this location anytime soon.

I was at this McDonald’s on Saturday May at just after midnight as I was a participant in a major charity walk. Only one toilet was available as the lower floor area was cordoned off hence the male and female toilets were unavailable for...use After waiting minutes to use the single disabled toilet available I was met with such a disgusting sight that I nearly threw up! The toilet pan was overflowing I suspect due to a blockage, and the floor was awash with what I also suspect was urine. Unable to use the toilet I reported it to one of the two security staff members who could not give a care and just shrugged. The location is such that many overseas patrons would use this outlet giving a very poor impression of London and McDonald’s.

Happy to see a McDonalds close to our hotel able to walk over for a quick coffee and breakfast you always know what you nwill get when you visit

The franchise maintains consistent pricing and quality standards. The staff is diligent in keeping the restaurant clean, and management is actively overseeing operations.

I visited this restaurant and found it to be clean with food that was consistent with the McDonald's menu. The cashier took my order quickly and accurately filled it. I left feeling satisfied and my hunger was satisfied. Overall, a great experience!
